FAQs
What types of businesses do you work with?
1
We work primarily with growing businesses experiencing operational pressure — service-based businesses, consultants, agencies, allied health providers, trades and construction businesses, and founder-led teams. Generally businesses with 2 to 30 staff who know they've outgrown their current systems.
How much does this cost?
2
Every business is different, so we don't use one-size-fits-all packages. Some clients engage us for a one-off Operations Health Check, while others work with us on an ongoing fractional basis. We'll discuss your needs during the discovery call and recommend the most sensible approach for your business.
Do I need to buy new software?
3
Not necessarily. Many businesses already have good tools but aren't using them effectively. We often focus on improving existing systems before recommending anything new. When new tools do make sense, we help evaluate and implement them properly.
Can you work with the systems we already use?
4
Yes. We work regularly with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, ClickUp, Monday.com, Xero, and a wide range of job management and business platforms. If you're using it, we can work with it.
Do you offer ongoing support?
7
Yes. Many clients work with us on an ongoing fractional basis as their business grows and needs evolve. Getting your systems right isn't a one-time project — it's something businesses build over time. That's why we operate as a long-term partner, not just a one-off consultant.
Will implementing changes disrupt the business?
6
Our whole approach is focused on reducing disruption, not creating it. We work alongside businesses to implement changes at a pace that makes sense — keeping the business running while improvements are put in place.
Do you help with automation?
5
Yes. We help businesses identify automation opportunities that reduce repetitive manual work. We also help businesses build the foundations they need before implementing AI — because automation works best on clean, well-structured processes.
How do we get started?
8
Book a discovery call. It's a no-pressure conversation about where your business is at, what's creating friction, and whether we're the right fit to help. From there, we'll recommend a sensible starting point.
